Chicago residents can receive extreme weather alerts on cell phones and handheld devices by going to www.alertchicago.com, and subscribing to our "Notify Chicago" program, which provides information on traffic disruptions, severe weather, and other major incidents. Preparedness information is also posted on the OEMC's Facebook page, at www.facebook.com/coemc.

All pets are required to be registered with the management office with a current photo.  For more information, please see the Owner Registration Form and the Rules & Regulations.

All unit owners are required to provide proof of liability insurance to the management office and to maintain a current certificate on file with the management office.  Failure to provide proof of insurance may result in a $75 fine.
