Monthly assessments are due and payable on the 1st day of each month regardless of whether or not you have received the coupon book or monthly statement. If payment is not received by the 10th of the month, a late fee of $50 will be automatically imposed on the 11th.

Checks should be made payable to the Museum Park Tower II Condominium Association.
